Yes. If you have the time and experience to source, interview, onboard and manage someone, direct hiring can work. Boogie is for owners who want help with that process and ongoing support.
You are paying for more than finding a person: role definition, recruiting, screening, onboarding coordination and support when something needs attention. Compare the total workload and your time, alongside the hourly rate.
We start with what went wrong: the role, communication, training, schedule or expectations. Then we define the work clearly, introduce screened candidates and stay involved. You still interview your person and provide business-specific training.
We assess English and communication for the role. You meet and interview candidates before choosing, so you can hear their English yourself. Spanish-speaking talent is also available, depending on the role and candidate.
Tell your Boogie contact what is not working. We review the issue together, clarify expectations and support improvement. If the fit still falls short, we coordinate a replacement.
Yes—talk to us about what changed. We can review a replacement, a different role or an adjusted schedule. Availability, rates and any notice or transition requirements are agreed with you before the change.
Yes. Start with one part-time person, combine a few specialists or build a full team. We help match roles and hours to the actual workload; schedules and availability are confirmed before starting.
Working hours are part of the role agreement. Tell us the time zone and coverage you need, including Pacific Time, and we confirm the schedule with your team before launch. Our office is in Los Angeles.
We review what information and systems the role needs, agree confidentiality expectations and clarify who approves access. You stay in control of your accounts. Tell us about any special security requirements before onboarding.
Rates start at $8/hour per employee and vary by role and experience. The rate includes the employee and Boogie recruiting and support. Ad spend and software are separate unless agreed. Hours, billing and cancellation terms are explained before starting.
